U.S. online order shipping expectations and offers 2017
This statistic presents the consumer expectation regarding online order shipping in the United States as of October 2015. During the survey period, 42 percent of consumers stated that they wanted same-day shipping but only 29 percent of retailers were currently offering it. An additional 26 percent of retailers were planning to offer same day shipping in the next 12 months.
