Public opinion on trustworthiness LinkedIn in the Netherlands 2018 This statistic shows the results of a survey question asking for the public opinion on trustworthiness of LinkedIn posts in the Netherlands in 2018. According to the survey results, most respondents considered LinkedIn to be an untrustworthy source of information. Approximately 40 percent of survey participants indicated that they distrusted LinkedIn posts, whereas eight percent considered them to be trustworthy sources. Compared to other social media, however, there were more respondents who had a neutral viewpoint or no opinion at all.
As of 2018, approximately 4.4 million people in the Netherlands used LinkedIn, making it one of the more popular social media platforms of the country. As of 2018, roughly 40 percent of Millennials in the Netherlands indicated they actively make use of LinkedIn.
