According to a survey by Rakuten Insight in Vietnam in November 2021, 87 percent of the respondents claimed that they had tried plant-based milk alternatives such as soy, rice, almond or oat milk. By comparison, half of the respondents tried plant-based meat alternatives, including plant-based burgers and mock meats.
