
ROPO effect when purchasing home, garden, DIY in Poland 2022
Nearly 70 percent of the respondents in Poland in 2022, before buying home, garden, DIY products in a traditional store, searched for information about the product on the Internet (ROPO effect). Fewer people (21 percent) did not use the internet to check the product before buying it in a physical store. For comparison, 46 percent of consumers did not check mentioned above products in traditional shops before buying them on the Internet (
