Most popular product categories researched offline bought online in Poland 2018 The statistic shows the results of a survey on the most popular product categories which customers researched in a physical store but in the end bought online in Poland in 2018. According to the survey, 41 percent of respondents in 2018 answered that they researched clothing and accessories in physical stores but in the end decided to buy them online. The second reversed ROPO effect category was footwear products; 40 percent of respondents decided to buy products from this category online after researching offline.
