Most popular product categories researched offline bought online in Poland 2022-2024
In 2024, 38 percent of respondents in Poland answered that they researched clothing and footwear in brick-and-mortar stores but, in the end, decided to buy them online. The second reversed ROPO effect category was “cosmetics and perfumes” — 37 percent of respondents chose to buy products from this category online after researching offline.
