Brazil: WhatsApp users preference on voice call method 2021

In 2021, around 61 percent of WhatsApp monthly active users (MAUs) surveyed in Brazil said they preferred to make a voice call through that app rather than a traditional mobile phone call. Meanwhile, 39 percent of respondents stated that they would rather make a mobile phone call.
