Brazil: contacting companies on Telegram 2022

During a 2022 survey fielded in Brazil, 64 percent of responding monthly active users of Telegram said they thought it was appropriate to contact brands and companies through the mobile app to ask them questions. About 59 of the respondents stated that Telegram was fitting for promotional offers and discounts in the platform. Approximately five percent of users surveyed said they thought it was not appropriate to use Telegram to communicate with brands and companies.
