Binge viewing TV and movies: penetration rate in the U.S. 2020, by age group
The findings of a survey held in the United States in 2020 revealed that 60 percent of respondents aged between 13 and 17 years old frequently binge-watched TV shows or films in a series in one sitting, and 69 percent of adults aged 18 to 29 years said the same. However, adults between the ages of 30 and 44 were most likely to be binge-viewers, with 70 percent admitting that they often watched shows and films back to back.
