This statistic displays the results of a survey about online consumers' expectations on return timeframes in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2018. Responses to the survey suggested that more than half of online consumers expected a 14-day return timeframe. 28 percent of online shoppers expected to be able to return their orders within 28 days. Only 3 percent of surveyed consumers expressed an expectation of a two-month return period.
