Online travel agency usage Vietnam 2023, by age group

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 64 percent of Vietnamese respondents from 25 to 34 years old had used an online travel agency. In comparison, 42 percent of respondents from 16 to 24 years old chose the same response.
