Top M&A deals in Israel 2022

In 2022, the acquisition of Tower Semiconductor by Intel constituted the largest mergers and acquisition (M&A) deal in Israel. This amounted to 5.8 billion U.S. dollars. In addition, Unity, the 3D content base company, acquired IronSource for 4.4 billion U.S. dollars, making it the second-largest M&A deal in the country in the same year.
