Hours watched on popular global platforms for gaming and non-gaming live content 2022

In September 2022, YouTube audiences watched approximately 2.7 billion hours of general live streaming content on the platform, 434 million hours of which were spent on live gaming content. Gaming-specific live streaming platform Twitch ranked second with around 1.8 billion hours watched by global users during the month. Facebook Gaming was the third most popular platform, with audiences generating 328 million hours watched in September 2022.
