Reasons to continue renting a house among consumers in Malaysia 2023
According to a survey among consumers in Malaysia on property ownership, as of June 2023, 65 percent of respondents said they continued to rent a property because they don't have enough savings to buy. Meanwhile, 34 percent of respondents said they didn't feel the urgency to purchase a house now.
