This statistic displays the findings of a survey on the consumers' experience in relation to online reviews of products and services in the United Kingdom (UK) 2015, by sector. During the survey period, it was found that 68 percent of respondents who purchased books, based on reviews, reported that their experience was about the same as compared to the description in the read online reviews.
