In 2019, the share of spending on domestic overnight trips in Great Britain was highest in July and in August. Spending on trips taken in July accounted for 12 percent of the total domestic travel spending in that year, while travel spend in August accounted for 14 percent. Travel spend was lowest in January, accounting for five percent of the total domestic travel spending.
