Transported rail freight volume in South Korea 2021, by commodity
The type of freight transported by rail in South Korea in 2021 with the highest volume was cement with around 10.44 million tons moved. This was followed by containers which had around 9.37 millions tons transported within the country that year. These two were the leading commodities domestically transported by rail by a large margin compared to the others.
