The statistic shows the biggest barriers for blockchain technology adoption worldwide as of 2018. Respondents were asked to rank the top 3 most important barriers to blockchain adoption that they believed would affect their organization in the next three to five years. Regulatory uncertainty was the most frequently stated response with around 48 percent of respondents placing it in their top three, and 27 percent of those ranking it as the number one barrier.
