Experience in associating with foreigners Japan 2019, by type of interaction
According to a survey conducted from June to August 2019, more than 42 percent of respondents in Japan stated that they had never interacted with foreigners. About one fifth of people had the experience of working together with foreigners at their workplace, while more than 11 percent had at least one foreigner among their friends.
