Employment rate in Denmark 2022, by age group

The highest employment rate in Denmark in 2022 was among people between 45 and 54 years of age. Nearly 88 percent of people in this age group were employed in 2022. People between 35 and 44 years had the second highest employment rate, followed by the age group 25 to 34. Except for people between 65 and 74 years, where a high share of the population are pensioners, the lowest employment rate could be found among youth between 15 and 24 years of age.
