Motivations to travel solo worldwide 2021
According to a 2021 survey, the main motivation of travelers from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia to travel solo was the willingness to see the world and not to wait for others. Furthermore, almost half of the respondents mentioned being motivated by the feeling of freedom and independence, while over 40 percent were motivated by the of meeting new people.
