Italy: hardcore gamers H1 2021, by age and gender
According to a survey of Italian users, as of the first half of 2021, approximately 60 percent of hardcore gamers in Italy were men, while 39 percent were women. Among users who played more than 21 hours per week and at least one console or gaming PC, 16 percent were women aged 55 years or above. By comparison, male hardcore gamers aged between 18 and 24 made up 17 percent of the total players with a high gaming frequency.
