During the financial year 2023, Hyderabad recorded the highest influx of new office supply accounting for 31 percent of the total new office supply across seven major cities of India. Bengaluru contributed 26 percent of the total share and stood in the second position. Mumbai experienced a decline in new office supply as compared to the previous year.
