Increase of off- and online price index in Italy 2023

Price changes related to essential products and commodities showed that Italian households faced higher inflation when purchasing from physical stores. Compared to January 2020, the price index increased to 115.45 in March 2023. In turn, online price index amounted to only 106.07 points in Italy.
