During a 2023 survey, nearly 16 percent of respondents among business leaders in Latin America reported having implemented AI in their company's IT/software development department. In addition, over 15 percent declared having done so in their sales and business department. By contrast, only around four percent of respondents had implemented AI solutions in the human resources and talent management department.
