The data are high-level calculations based on 2024 construction rates. The actual costs vary across markets and increase y-o-y based on inflation and other economic factors. The calculations in this analysis are intended solely for theoretical comparison. The average construction cost is based on a mid-range specification for a multi-level data center development—covering approximately 10 acres with a 50-megawatt operational load—in each respective market.
