In 2022, candidates with an MBA, a bachelor's degree, or industry experience were most in demand by global, consulting, technology, and finance/accounting industries. In that year, 89 percent of tech industries reported hiring MBA candidates while 61 percent reported hiring candidates with a Master of Finance.
