This statistic presents the forecasted value of wealth in the form of personal real estate holdings that presumably will be transferred in Europe within the coming decades. As of 2015, it was expected that within one decade approximately one trillion U.S. dollars will be transferred between generations as real estate holdings on the European market. By 2045, that value is expected to reach 4.5 trillion U.S. dollars.
