Canada share of websites using AdChoices icon in 2016
This statistic shows the share of online publishers, retailers and advertisers (first party websites) who includ the AdChoices icon or text as their enhanced notice link in Canada in 2016. The survey results show that 67 percent of first party participants used the AdChoices icon or text as their enhanced notice link to clearly inform website users that information about their interests could be collected or used for interest based advertising purposes, however 33 percent of participants did not use this mechanism.
