Europe: loyalty program method preferences by country 2016

This statistic presents the results of a survey conducted in 34 European countries in 2016, in which consumers were asked how they indicate they are loyalty program members. Among respondents, 92 percent of those from Finland said they indicate that they are a loyalty program member by scanning a card in store, the highest share across the European countries. On the other hand, retailers' mobile loyalty apps are most popular in Israel, where they are used by 40 percent of respondents.
