DIY stores interiors sales revenue in Japan 2014-2021
In 2021, the interior sales at home improvement stores in Japan amounted to almost 225.9 billion Japanese yen, the second lowest number of the past decade. Despite a momentary spike in the previous year, the sales value of this product segment decreased continuously throughout the surveyed period, having stood at about 264.7 billion yen in 2014.
