In the period from March to May 2017, 130 Norwegians were asked if the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) had any impacts on the companies they are working for. The largest share of respondents, of 20 percent, stated that the SDGs raised the sustainability awareness of employees, while 17 percent noticed no change as they already worked indirectly towards the goals.

* The source adds the following information: "The respondents were chosen by convenience sampling, and most of them were employed in one of Norway’s 500 biggest companies. The survey was sent to the highest ranking sustainability employee/ manager in the organization where such a position was established. When the company did not have a designated sustainability employee, someone working closely with sustainability or who had in-depth knowledge about the company’s sustainability work responded to the survey."
