Netherlands: opinion on gluten-free bread 2019

As of May 2019, the majority of households surveyed in the Netherlands did not think that gluten-free bread was healthier bread. 35 percent of survey respondents indicated that they disagreed with the statement that gluten-free bread was healthier. Meanwhile, the share of respondents who agreed or strongly agreed was significantly lower, at approximately five percent.
