Deferred tax liability of BPCL FY 2016-2020
The deferred tax liability of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited amounted to around 60 billion Indian rupees at the end of fiscal year 2020. The central government had plans to disinvest its entire stake of around 60 percent stake in the organization. Preliminary bids from potential buyers were accepted until the first half of fiscal year 2021.
