Factors for choosing plant-based food in Vietnam 2024, by gender

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight in Vietnam, as of February 2024, 61 percent of female and 55 percent of male respondents stated that they chose plant-based food because it was healthier. The same survey also revealed that around 86 percent of Vietnamese respondents had consumed plant-based alternatives to animal-based food products.
