In a survey conducted in the third quarter of 2024 about commercial property in Australia, the respondents expected that the office capital value would decrease in Victoria by 2.7 percent in the next twelve months. In all other states and territories except Western Australia and South Australia and the Northern Territory, respondents expected the office capital value to decrease.
