Expectations of office capital values next 12 months Australia Q3 2023, by state
In a survey conducted in the third quarter of 2023 about commercial property in Australia, the respondents expected that the office capital value would decrease in Victoria by 6.6 percent in the next twelve months. In all other states except Western Australia, respondents expected the office capital value to decrease.
