Thailand: reasons for going to the gym by age group 2020

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on gym membership in Thailand in 2020, around 57.9 percent of respondents who were 55 years old and older stated that they went to the gym regularly for general health and fitness. Overall, maintaining health and weight was the main motivator that drove people to fitness centers for all age groups.
