The average number of part-time employees was 1,322 in fiscal 2023. 2004-established Narita International Airport Corporation is one of the few Japanese airport companies managing both aviation- and non-aviation-related operations (i.e., runway and terminal). Narita International is one of the two major airports in the Greater Tokyo Area and the leading airport for international air traffic in Japan.
