Number of SVOD viewers worldwide 2020-2025
As of 2021, the number of subscription over-the-top video service users worldwide amounted to around 1.7 billion, marking an increse of over 200 million viewers compared with the previous year. According to a forecast, the growth in users of subscription video streaming services will slow down in the years to come, increasing by not more than 100 million year by year between 2023 and 2025.
