Taiwan: reasons for not ordering from virtual restaurants 2021

According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchen conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2021, approximately 46 percent of respondents in Taiwan who had not ordered from a virtual kitchen or cloud kitchen-only business stated that they had not done so because they were not familiar with such businesses. In comparison, about eight percent of respondents stated that they had not ordered from such restaurants because the menu did not have as much variety as other traditional restaurants.
