According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, the so-called Baby Boomer generation reported the highest daily average time spent watching television, at around four hours and 13 minutes. This time decreased with each successive generation, with Gen Z only watching around one hour and 16 minute's worth of television per day on average.
