According to a survey conducted in 2022, around 44 percent of Norwegian consumers only buy brand-new clothes. Roughly 43 percent of shoppers stated that less than a quarter of their clothes were purchased pre-owned. Only three percent of shoppers stated that more than half of their clothes were of second-hand origin.
