According to a study conducted in Spain in 2022, approximately 45 percent of adults interviewed made use of telemedicine during the year prior to the study, an increase of nearly four percentage points compared to the share of individuals who stated using remote health services in 2021. On the other hand, over half of Spanish respondents indicated they did not use telemedicine services during the period analyzed. Based on the same survey, women interviewed were more likely than men to be telemedicine users.
