In 2023, the top way in which artificial intelligence (AI) improved customer experience according to U.S. business owners was with the implementation of instant messaging, i.e. chatbots. Almost 75 percent of respondents stated this as their answer. Seemingly, phone calls have improvements to be made when it comes to AI, as 36 percent of U.S. business owners said it had improved customer experience.
