The turnover of the chemicals and chemical products manufacturing industry in Denmark increased by 985.4 million euros (+16.06 percent) in 2022. Therefore, the turnover in Denmark reached a peak in 2022 with 7.1 billion euros. Turnover is defined by Eurostat as the total of all sales (excluding VAT) of goods and services carried out by the enterprises of a given sector during the reference period.

Price reductions, rebates and discounts as well as the value of returned packing must be deducted. Data coverage corresponds to code C20 of CE Rev 2.
