In 2020, the share of forest land over the total amount of land in Armenia did not change in comparison to the previous year. The share of forest land over the total amount of land remained at 11.54 percent.

Forest area refers to areas with natural or planted tree stands (five meters or more in height), excluding agricultural and urban landscapes.
