The take-up of office real estate in Central Paris, France, increased slightly in 2022, but remained below the levels prior to the coronavirus pandemic. In 2020, the amount of office space leased, sub-leased, sold, or pre-sold plummeted to 1.1 million square meters. That was roughly half of the volume recorded in 2017 - the year with the most office real estate transacted.
