Highest number of oral pill users among Indian couples FY 2020, by state

The state of Sikkim had the highest number of oral birth control pill users across India, with 744 users per 10,000 unsterilized couples as on June of the fiscal year 2020. The state of Andhra Pradesh and Mizoram ranked second and third on the list at 548 and 417 birth control pill users per 10,000 unsterilized couples respectively.
