More than half of the passengers arriving at or departing from Norwegian airports in 2021 were domestic travelers. International passengers on scheduled flights accounted for only 17 percent that year. A survey conducted in May 2018 found that most of the international tourist bookings and arrivals came from the United States and Germany.
