Survey on reasons to drink alcohol among young people in Denmark 2015
This statistic displays the result of a survey on the reasons for drinking alcohol among young people in Denmark in 2015. With a share of roughly 90 percent, most respondents named that it's social and nice to drink alcohol as the main reason for their consumption. That it's fun was the second most common reason among Danes aged 15 to 25 years, with a share of nearly 60 percent. Around 10 percent of respondents stated that they drink alcohol because they don't want to feel left out.
