Take up of office real estate in Lille 2013-2019
The Northwestern French city of Lille experienced an increase in the take-up of office real estate between 2013 and 2018.The volume of office space physically occupied increased from approximately 170,000 square meters in 2013 to over 280,000 square meters in 2018. Nevertheless, the gross leasing activity for office spaces in that city diminished, as in 2019, this figure had retroceded to around 264,000 square meters.
